The swiss-french free-improviser and sound-setter N c l s G rb r (*1969) belongs to one of the multiple experimental contemporary music and sound performance scene in Europe. His musical experimentations are performed in different spaces like theaters, appartements, forests, studios, roofs, galeries, concert-halls, football stadium, etc... His main performing instruments are electric basses, double-bass, micromoog and feedbacks as setting tools used for his free-music pieces, he also builds sound modules and installations as random electro-acoustic objects. He started his personal music experimentations in 1983 as punk bass-player in the" mountain " group " Spazzia " with guitarist & singer, Constantin Wittgenstein - Graubünden, Switzerland. Since 1989, he improvises or/and composes in various groups or collectives in France " Azul Fri Orchesta, Asa Nisi Masa, Nude, Naked, Tsikamoï, Terrain Vague, Nervus Vagus, Anus Solaire, Le Schni and Toc Toc " with Claude Roudet, Reno Monterey, Christian Gerber, Raul Colosimo, David Kpossou, Emiliano Turi, Bettina Kee, Claude Ferrié, Krishna Levy, Nicolas Becker, Christophe Chevalier, Natacha Musléra, Jean-Carl Feldis... and solo projects " Neznakomets, Neon, Laenskerp, Kosmoniko, JJJ, Hypolitte Oreille, Nikow Kalach, Eduard Busmatt and Foja". |
